This beautiful and spacious vacation villa is called The Aruba and is located in the prestigious community of Calabay Park. The villa offers four bedrooms, (two of which are masters with queen-size bed with en-suite facilities) and three bathrooms as well as the best game room in the area.

All four of the bedrooms have a seperate color cable TV.  The main master suite has a king size bed and a spacious master bath with a garden tub and a separate over-sized shower. The second suite has a queen size bed and a private bathroom.  The villa can comfortable sleep up to 10 people with the sleeper-sofa. With two master suites the villa is perfect for two families vacationing together.

The highlight of the villa is the Pool area and the game room. The Villa has its own private fully screened in swimming pool (heating optional) with extended deck/patio area, and a covered lanai with ceiling fan, so there is always somewhere to cool down after a day at the many parks and attractions that the Orlando area has to offer. The Pool area faces west (giving you a full day of sun exposure) and the house is not overlooked by another house (which many are in this area). The Aruba also has a beautiful hot tub, which will provide the perfect ending to your day. The villa has been upgraded with an amazing game room. You will find that the game room is beautifully decorated and will exceed your expectations. Inside the game room you will find the following:

• 2 Cable Color TV's & DVD Plaver
• 2 Xbox's  with a game library of over 40 games
• Pub Table and chairs

The living room entertainment center comes complete with a 27 Inch color cable TV (most homes have 19inch), DVD player, VCR, and a TIVO DVR. The TIVO unit is active and there for you to enjoy on your vacation. With TIVO you can pause and rewind live TV as well as record one show while you watch another. The best feature of TIVO is that with the touch of a button you can have your favorite shows recorded, for you to watch, when you get home from your day at the parks.

The Aruba has all the amenities and appliances you need including full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen and much more to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and carefree has possible. If you bring your laptop computer with you,  you can take advatage of the free high speed wireless internet access in the villa (it even works out by the pool).  In addition The Aruba comes with free unlimited long distance calling to anywhere in the US. 

Located just 10 minutes from the Disney Parks and minutes from the ChampionsGate Golf Course designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. There are grocery stores, Walgreen’s pharmacy, liquor stores, and restaurants located just around the corner. Enjoy
